‘The Fisherman’s Wharf’ was established in 2005, from the enlightened vision of Mr. Xavier Furtado of setting up a seafood restaurant by the river, serving authentic Goan cuisine and seafood. The restaurant in Mobor is the pioneer establishment of the brand, which is today’s leading restaurant chain in Goa. To take his idea further and beyond, he set up another outlet in Bangalore in 2012, to promote the Goan cuisine to other parts of India; while he saw high potential in North Goa, and emphasized on establishing its base there in Panjim, in 2015. To further broaden his reach, he started off with the brand in Hyderabad in 2017, followed by Calangute, the year after. Recently, The Fisherman’s Wharf was launched in Chennai within the premises of Essentia Premier Hotel, an add-on to its success story.

‘Responsible Dining’ is the brand’s foremost objective highlighting the value for money through guest satisfaction, complimented with quality food and dining hygiene & safety. Thereby ensuring a perfect dining experience to everyone who steps inside its abode.

With sheer determination and hardwork, The Fisherman’s Wharf is very likely to take off on a whole journey of continuous growth, expansion and success. The goal is to open its outlets all across India and globally, to promote the authentic flavours of The Goan cuisine and seafood, far and wide. Thus making it a surety to be among India’s top-most preferred seafood restaurants.

It is your one-stop destination to satisfy your Goan food cravings, with an extensive menu of Goan delicacies; including its Recheado, Cafreal and Xacutti preparations, and the Goan dessert favourite – Bebinca.

Diverse flavors from across the globe find their way to the menu, making the perfect middle ground to satisfy a diversified taste palate. There are Asian favourites and Indian signatures, along with Continental and Mediterranean options to choose from; including the Seafood Kebab Platter, Lobster Thermidor, The Pork Vindalho,
