PUNE, 10th May 2023: The Ritz-Carlton, Pune is pleased to announce the appointment of Lalit Dadheech as Director of Engineering. With over 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Lalit has gained a wealth of knowledge working in the Engineering department at renowned hotel brands such as Marriott International, Taj, Hilton and Accor. Most recently, he served as the Director of Engineering at Raffles Udaipur.

Lalit is a process-oriented team player with a strong understanding of facilities, electrical utilities, mechanical utilities and energy conservation programs. In his new role at The Ritz Carlton Pune, Lalit will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all the electrical, mechanical and civil work in the hotel with particular attention given to safety, security and asset protection.

Lalit holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and MBA in operations management. He expressed his excitement about joining the distinguished team of Ladies and Gentlemen at The Ritz Carlton Pune, saying that engineering stimulates his mind and he enjoys finding creative and practical solutions to any problem.

During his free time, Lalit likes to listen to music, play indoor games and go biking.
