Chowman’s all-encompassing approach to sustainability is redefining kitchen waste management. Our effective waste segregation system, which separates and disposes of food waste, recyclables, and non-recyclables in an environmentally responsible manner, demonstrates our commitment to minimizing environmental impact. Our recycling program ensures that paper, plastic, glass, and metal are properly processed and reused. We use Energy-efficient equipment and practices minimize our carbon footprint and conserve resources.
In addition, we have RUCO (Repurposed Used Cooking Oil) technology in place, which reduces greenhouse gas emissions and our dependency on fossil fuels by turning spent cooking oil into biofuel. This creative approach offers a sustainable alternate energy source in addition to reducing waste.
