We are thrilled to welcome Dianne Kim Mendonca, an esteemed alumni of the Institute of Hotel Management – Goa, to the Westin Goa family. With a rich background in the hospitality industry and a passion for creating unparalleled guest experiences, Dianne is set to take on the role of Loyalty Manager with zeal and expertise. Dianne’s journey in the hospitality world began in 2010, where she honed her skills with leading brands under Starwood hotels such as Le Royal Meridien and Grosvenor House – Dubai. Her dedication and industry prowess were further showcased when she ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully establishing and managing the family-owned guest house, Vilanova, nestled in the heart of Anjuna. Her diverse experience extends beyond accommodation, with a notable contribution to the food and beverage sector. Dianne has seamlessly transitioned from operations to marketing for renowned establishments including Favela, Cohiba, Taverna, Pisco by the Beach, Tereza Beach House, The Outpost, and Mamagoto, displaying a keen understanding of both culinary artistry and promotional strategies. Goa holds a special place in Dianne’s heart and now as she returns home to Goa, we are excited to announce her pivotal role at Westin Goa. As the Loyalty Manager, Dianne will be at the forefront of recognizing and engaging our most valuable Elite members. Her responsibilities span the entire journey of our esteemed members – from pre-arrival and arrival experiences to post-stay feedback mechanisms.
