Avijit is a Hospitality professional with over 25 years of diversified experience. He has previously worked at Four points by Sheraton whitefield, Hyatt Raipur, Hyatt Regency Chennai.

He has moved from Hyatt Regency Dehradun, where his last assignment was Director of Finance.

At The Westin Chennai Velachery, Avijit will look after the Functions as the property’s strategic financial business leader. Avijit will provides the financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives while maximizing the return on investment. In addition Avijit will also create and execute a business plan that is aligned with the property and brand’s business strategy and focuses on the execution of financial activities and the delivery of desirable financial results.

In her leisure time, he likes to read novels, go for long drives and spend time with family.
