In his previous tenure at Sayaji Hotels, Rakshit served as Vice President, overseeing various critical functions including Operations, Business Development and Talent & Culture. His leadership was pivotal in launching new properties and driving revenue growth, highlighting his capability to foster innovation and organizational excellence.
