Table Management Software

In order to enhance our restaurant operations, boost productivity and improve the overall dining experience for our guests we have recently introduced Table Management Software. 

This software enables us to track restaurants reservation, online orders, customer history, feedbacks in a single view. 

Guest details are  automatically captured and added to the guest profile once the telephonic conversation with the guest is over.

It also revert notification once the table is booked successfully.

During extremely busy hours, guest can use the radio frequency service ‘Call’ button to ask their server for a prompt and effective service call which directly is notified on the servers smart watch.

During events and bar nights, software’s such as ATOMX allow us to directly take cashless payment from the guest and generate the bill from the credit card machine itself removing the need to use the restaurant POS which often can not take the load of high frequency billing.
