Sofitel Mumbai BKC, the elegant, luxury hotel in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, has appointed Nimesh Pandav as their new Front Office Manager.  

A graduate of Mumbai University, Nimesh completed a Diploma in Pharmacy from PES College of Pharmacy in Bangalore, before moving to the United Kingdom for a Diploma in Hospitality & Catering from Ealing and West London College. He began his hospitality career at The Montcalm Hotel in London in 2009, and then returned to India to join Sofitel Mumbai BKC for the first time in 2012, as Senior Duty Manager. In this role, he trained employees in essential job functions, created strategies through which to drive more efficient performance, and conducted continuous reviews designed to optimize processes. In 2018, Nimesh took the role of Front Office Manager at Mercure Maldives Koodoo, where he managed a team of 70 members, as well as preparing budgets for resort managers, and handled resort duties in absence of the Resort Manager. Four years later, he moved to the Pullman Maldives Maamutaa as Front Office and Lifestyle Manager. 

In his current role as Front Office Manager at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Nimesh brings with him more than 13 years of Front Office experience, both in India and abroad, overseeing multiple tasks and managing employees effectively.
