With an impressive background in luxury hospitality sales spanning over a decade and multiple cities in India, Mainak brings valuable expertise to his role. His primary responsibilities will include driving the sales strategy, achieving revenue targets, and maximizing overall sales performance.
In his new position, Mainak will be instrumental in developing and implementing the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, optimizing revenue generation, establishing annual budgets, conducting forecasts, and devising strategic plans. Mainak Ray has a proven track record as a successful sales leader, consistently delivering exceptional results in sales, marketing, and reservations. He is highly respected for his business acumen, people-centric leadership style, and meticulous attention to detail. Mainak began his career with Lebara Mobile U.K. and subsequently gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry, holding key positions at renowned hotel brands such as Hyatt, Accor, IHG, and Oberoi Hotels and Resorts. Outside of work, Mainak is an enthusiastic traveler, with a passion for immersing himself in diverse cultures through culinary exploration. He also takes a keen interest in soccer.
