Prior to joining Rhythm Hospitality, Gautam served as the General Manager for Ramee Guestline, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and played a pivotal role in driving business growth and guest satisfaction. His extensive experience also includes working with renowned hotels such as Le Meridien, Holiday Inn, and Sofitel, where he honed his expertise in sales and management.

Throughout his career, Gautam has been recognized for his outstanding performance and dedication, receiving several awards, including the Best Manager Awards during his tenure.
