Chef NeerajKataria is newly appointed Director Culinary at Radisson Jaipur City Center, before that he was taking care of Renaissance Lucknow as Executive chef overlooking the operations of Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow on a cluster role. With his five years with Marriott. As a young professional, he started his career with ITC Rajputana Sheraton Jaipur. He has undergone immense industrial training to perfect his passion for cooking.

While his diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from ‘Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Kovalam, Kerala added to his extraordinary skills, his trainings in various companies about Managerial Development, FSSAI and HACCP Certificate from FHRAI helped him ace other operations associated with his profile.

Achievements: –

Part of Jury member in 2019 for Master Chef Season 6.

 He has also been judging various Chef completions and fest for different colleges and universities like JNU , IHM, Amity university etc.

Awarded Best chef of the Year in 2012 for Sarovar hotels and resort.

Awarded by Times food Awards & Readers’ Choice .

Influenced by Chef Gordon Ramsey, Jamie Oliver and Chef Gaggan amongst his key influences, despite his marriage to cooking, he often enjoys swimming and travelling.
