Marketing planning: a concept is decided 4–5 months in advance, and the marketing team fleshes it out and works with the operations and F&B team to work on various related aspects. Event planning – The event planning is done around 4 months prior. Certain aspects like getting the best DJ, live bands etc takes time.
Personnel planning – Each department will plan on how many personnel are required for each department – for example – service, security and it can be as simple as valets
