worked with noted hotel chains such as The Oberoi, Marriott, Radisson and Hilton. Sharma took over as General Manager in June 2022. “I always believe

Rathore has risen up the ranks at RAAS through sheer hard work and perseverance. He joined RAAS in 2007 as a management trainee at RAAS Devigarh. After earning his stripes in Housekeeping at that property, Rathore moved to RAAS Jodhpur as Executive Housekeeper. Through his stint at the property, he also managed operations of the Stepwell Café. “RAAS Chhatrasagar is unlike any other property, even within RAAS,” says Rathore. “As a luxury campsite on a rewilded estate it’s rich in natural experiences, which makes it very special. I hope to bring all the experience I have gathered through my years at RAAS to make the guest experience equally rich and special, if not more.”

RAJMAHAL PALACE RAAS JAIPUR

In 2014, he was awarded the Silver Hat by the Indian Culinary  Forum, a top honour for any Indian chef. “Rajmahal is an iconic property and  it’s privilege to lead the guest experience here,” says Wadhera. “Over the  years it’s come to be known for its eclectic design. But even in the short time  I’ve been here, we’ve upped our culinary game and have cherry-picked a set  of unique experiences that will show visitors the various facets of Jaipur. The  path forward, as I see it, leads up and up.”

Saurajit Nanda, Operations Manager

Nanda joined RAAS Jodhpur back in 2015, as an Assistant Food and  Beverage Manager. His excellent administrative skills saw him rise up the  corporate ladder to become Food & Beverage Manager and later as Camp  Manager at RAAS Chhatrasagar, in 2018.
