Chef Swodesh’s culinary journey spans across acclaimed hospitality venues in Dubai and India. His illustrious career includes tenures at esteemed establishments such as One&Only The Palm and One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai, as well as renowned properties under the Taj Hotels and JW Marriott brands in India. Chef Swodesh’s narrative is defined by an unwavering commitment to excellence and a passion for innovatively transforming the traditional pastry-making.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Chef Swodesh Mohanty was honoured with the “Best Employee of the Year” award in 2018 at One&Only Royal Mirage, Dubai. Additionally, he holds certificates in Food Hygiene and Safety from the Dubai Food Control Authority and completed a diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Dr. Reddy’s Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Puri, Odisha, in 2011.
