Meet Ms. Neha Kapoor, who has been recently appointed as the Director of Rooms of JW Marriott Kolkata. She joins the team with over a decade of expertise in Rooms Division Operations and extensive excellence

Meet Ms. Neha Kapoor, who has been recently appointed as the Director of Rooms of JW Marriott Kolkata. She joins the team with over a decade of expertise in Rooms Division Operations and extensive excellence in sustaining VIP Relations across some of the country’s most prestigious hospitality brands. Her in-depth knowledge about Guest Relation Management, Budgeting and forecasting, Revenue Enhancement and VVIP delegation makes her a significant asset to the brand.

Neha’s key responsibility areas will incorporate room inventory management, working in a close coordination with all the departments to ensure positive and better guest experience. She will play a very instrumental role in further cementing JW Marriott Kolkata as a luxurious stay option within the City of Joy. She will look into establishing a repeat clientele through Public Relations, Feedback, Training and revisit ‘Luxury’ quotient of the hotel.

A career honed at luxury hotels, her expertise has contributed to leading brands of the country, like Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, JW Marriott Juhu, ITC Maurya, New Delhi and Radisson Goa Resorts & Casino. Neha has been highly appreciated for driving revenue through Vande Bharat Movement during Lockdown. She has even efficiently completed her IELP-Acor for Excom Position through cross-exposure across vivid departments. With a proven track record of strong leadership and delivering outstanding results, Neha has also been instrumental to the success of the launch of the lounge at Novotel. She had significantly contributed to the overall ADR through upselling.

The Indian Hospitality Excellence Awards recognised her as the Best Front Office Manager in the year 2021. Her proficiency to work as a team has been highly admired and brought her extensive esteem. Additionally, she has received several accolades like the Hotelier India Best front Office Manager Award for the year 2019 and Certification of Nomination Accor Asia Hotels in the year 2019.

She is a staunch believer in building relationships and rapport who loves to handle and confront challenging situations thereby transforming them into enduring, wholesome connections. A foodie at heart, Neha loves to experiment with her food and is very inquisitive about cuisines and culinary experiences. When not at work, Neha loves to spend time with her fur baby.
