“The event was a great opportunity for all the participants to showcase their talent and learn from most of the famous, illustrious, and celebrity chefs, as well as their friends, colleagues and business leaders. We are grateful to Culinary Art India (Aahar) for providing a platform to our students and acknowledging their efforts and experience in the hospitality sector. I am very proud of my students who won awards for their institute and thanks to Chef Tarun for his support.
He also expressed a special thanks to the Indian Culinary Forum team for organizing such a successful event at Aahar 2023.”Dr. Chef Balendra Singh, Director Institute of Bakery and Culinary Arts
