This program will train rural youths with a curriculum built around essential themes in the service industry. The first batch of 30 students with 85% women candidates, started their training at the Skill Centre located in the industrial area of Gamharia.  The 45-day Bridge Program incorporates basics such as communication and personality skills, body language and grooming in the training program.  Besides giving the students an opportunity to gain live work experience with industrial visits, it’s also offers a one on one career advice and counselling.
