Chef Yatendra commenced his culinary journey with Choice Hotels after graduating from IHMCT&AN, Gwalior. His culinary prowess blossomed at distinguished establishments including Radisson Mahipalpur, Oberoi Trident Jaipur, Ganesha in Jakarta, and Raffles Hotel Singapore, where he showcased his skills as a Jr Sous Chef.
Taking his expertise to international heights, Chef Yatendra served as a Chef de Cuisine at Radisson New World, Shanghai, followed by an impactful stint as an Executive Chef at the City of Dreams, Macau.
Upon returning to India, Chef Yatendra made significant contributions to renowned properties such as Park Hyatt Goa and Westin Chennai. His culinary journey reached new heights when he assumed the role of Director Culinary at Ananda in the Himalayas and subsequently became the Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad.
In the wake of the pandemic, Chef Yatendra Rawat has chosen to embrace the role of a Consultant Chef, bringing his wealth of experience to the culinary realm.
