Chef Pradeep was born and raised in Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of Uttarakhand. An extrovert by nature, enjoys trekking, gardening, and other outdoor activities.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the GIHM in Almora, Uttarakhand.

Chef Pradeep joins us from Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar, Maharashtra, where he served as Executive Chef. In 2006, he began his career as a commis chef at the Trident Hilton Chennai, followed by a lateral assignment at the Country Inn and Suites by Carlson. Then, in 2011, he was appointed Chef De Partie at the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa. During his tenure, he was promoted to Junior Sous Chef. In 2014, he took up his international assignment at Sun Siyam Iru Fushi Spa and Resorts in the Maldives. He later rejoined Marriott, this time at the JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, where he held multiple positions from Junior Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef and had anthralling experience of seven years.
