National, 25th May 2023: Hyatt Regency Dehradun, the marquee hotel chain’s picturesque outpost in the heart of the hills, announces the appointment of Mr. Jayant Kataria as the Director of Human Resources and Mr. Nandan Parab as the Director of F&B.

With over 12 years of industry experience, Jayant is a valuable member of the Hyatt team. He joined the World of Hyatt in 2016 as a Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. He then moved to Hyatt Regency Chandigarh in 2021 and his last assignment was with Hyatt Centric Sector 17 Chandigarh as a pre-opening team member. In his new role, Jayant shall ensure smooth execution of all HR policies and overall employee welfare at the hotel.

Nandan joins Hyatt Regency Dehradun with industry experience across the hospitality and F&B sector of over 14 years, in his new role as the Director of Food & Beverage. He is a result-oriented professional excelling in restaurant operations, quality assurance & compliance, service excellence, training & development of staff to name a few.

In the past Nandan has worked at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala, Sheraton Grand, The Westin Mumbai and more, where he directed all aspects of restaurant management including monitoring food production and aesthetic presentation of food & beverages.
