With an illustrious culinary career spanning over four decades, Chef Caramella brings a wealth of experience and creativity to our esteemed establishment. His journey in the culinary world is marked by a remarkable list of accomplishments, showcasing his unwavering commitment to the art of gastronomy.

Chef Caramella’s expertise has been honed through his tenure at renowned five-star hotels and restaurants across the globe. Notably, he was an integral part of the opening team at the Grand Hyatt Dream Tower in Jeju, South Korea, where his culinary acumen played a vital role in the success of 14 restaurants and 1600 rooms. His ability to blend innovation with tradition was evident as he managed diverse teams and ensured exceptional dining experiences for the guests.

During his tenure as the Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Phuket, Chef Caramella demonstrated his dedication to culinary excellence. Through his leadership, the culinary department was revitalised, achieving the highest hygiene standards and significantly reducing food wastage. His focus on quality and safety, coupled with his talent for team management, led to an outstanding culinary operation at the resort.

Chef Caramel’s entrepreneurial spirit came to the forefront when he founded Initially Restaurant in Singapore. His vision and creativity were the driving forces behind the restaurant’s success, creating a haven for lovers of authentic Italian cuisine. His collaborations with Michelin-starred guest chefs enriched the restaurant’s offerings, reflecting his passion for elevating culinary experiences.
