(Mumbai, India): Four Seasons Mumbai is proud to welcome back Rinku Rai to the property as the Spa Manager. Having started her career at the property in 2011 as part of the pre-opening team, Rinku has risen the ranks from a spa therapist to assume this prestigious role. A specimen of a typical Four Seasons career graph, she has had the opportunity to work at multiple properties across the globe, all while enhancing her skills. This includes the Four Seasons Properties in Dubai – DIFC, Johannesburg, Lisbon and Seychelles in various capacities. Her memorable stint in South Africa included an immersive training by Biologique Recherche in collaboration with Wellness for Cancer with an aim to educate Spa professionals on how to offer wellness to people touched by cancer.

Back in India, Rinku looks forward to leading the talented spa team towards new successes, while appealing to the discerning guests of the city. She aims to enhance the spa menu to include latest methods, products and treatments. Rinku will also work with the team to curate wellness experiences beyond the spa facilities including specialized holistic activities for members of Modernist – the property’s brand-new private members club.

With multiple certifications from CIBTAC – Centre for International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology, ranging from Skin & Beauty and Body Massage to Reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology, she is a true expert in the field of wellness. On her days off, Rinku indulges in food & beverage experiences native to the city, while planning multiple trips to explore the globe quenching her thirst for adventure.
