Santoshi brings 12 years of industry experience to the position

Santoshi Rawat has been promoted as the new Rooms Division Manager at the iconic 201 rooms inventory hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square. Rawat has been associated with DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square since 2023. With 12 years of experience and the exposure of working with reputed brands like Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt, Rawat now takes on this new role.

She in her new role will be responsible for uniquely enriching guest comfort and satisfaction, demonstrating diligent attention to guest feedback, training and development, quality assurance, budgeting, performance development and ensuring operational excellence within the team.

Hailing from Uttarakhand, Rawat is known to be a dynamic professional. On the educational front, she pursued Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Catering Management from Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Guwahati in 2012.
