The hospitality sector has undergone a tremendous change in the last few years. Initially for any catering order the focus was on the taste and not on the presentation. But now the customers not only want good taste but even want good presentation with good set up. So as a caterers we need to put our investment in having good set up with the latest designs and technology. Earlier the customers need was very limited to few dishes of their locality but now the need has increased with a huge and lavish buffets of various cuisines. Catering sector is the most unorganised sector in India but now this trend has also changed a lot for the better. After Covid the focus is now on the safety standards with hygenic tools. This will now continue further. We have to cater to the customised and personalised service of the customers. Social media plays an important role in marketing and strategies.

Fogueri Caterers has been in the catering business since the year 2000 which was started as a small scale business which now has the capacity to serve more than 20,000 PAX per day. From catering to small events such as birthday parties, We have now catered to international sports events such as FIFA World Cup under 17 held in Goa.

Idea is to become a healthy and organic catering service that focuses on providing fresh, nutritious, and sustainably sourced food for events and gatherings.

Our vision & future plan : 

  1. Online Ordering : have a user-friendly website that allows clients to easily browse menus, place orders, and make payments online.
  2. Tech-Enabled Operations : Start using technology to streamline our operations and improve efficiency By using software to manage orders, inventory, and scheduling.
  3. Personalization: The catering business will use data and analytics to personalize its offerings and improve customer experience. For example, the business may use customer data to create customized menus or promotions that target specific customer segments.
  4. Sustainability: The catering business will embrace sustainable practices and promote eco-friendly options to clients. This may include using compostable or reusable utensils, sourcing local and organic ingredients, and reducing food waste through donation or composting.
