In terms of cuisine, the massive 9-villa private collection area offers a Dining outlet called the Oasis Restaurant, Bar & Lounge which offers a relaxing atmosphere with a pool in the middle that gives off the Oasis in the desert vibe. International Fine Dining cuisine paired with luxurious liquors is the best way to describe the delectable food journey at The Signature Collection. Special Menus to go with the vibe of Oasis such as the Arabic Menu is also a mainstay at the restaurant.

Our F&B Manager together with the Executive has made sure that our luxury international dining menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner have been well thought out and well stocked with the best ingredients from the world. Made by our team of expert chefs from around the globe the menu has everything for everyone. In addition to that, to discern what items will be best for the guests especially when it comes to Indian food, we have Indian Chefs on the island to make sure the food is as authentic as possible as well. 

Customized and curated packages for weddings as per the client’s choice is a must these days. How do you manage and strategize to fulfill each and every wish of your guest?

One of the key persons together with the General Manager and the Resident Manager of Hideaway is the Private Villa Manager, whose objective is to make sure everything goes perfectly for the Signature Guests from food to entertainment at the resort and making sure there is the perfect itinerary for the whole stay. She works hard with her team to make sure the Signature Guests are well taken care of to go above and beyond so that the Signature Experience at The Signature Collection truly is one fit for a Sultan and Sultanas living it up in the Maldivian tropics.
