Chef Akhil Multani has joined the culinary team of Bellona Hospitality Services Limited. Highly talented Chef Multani has been in the hospitality industry since 2006, specializing in Lebanese and Italian. He was the former opening chef of the iconic restaurant Bayroute under Mirah Hospitality. 

In his new role, Chef Akhil Multani will be involved with certain Bellona Brands with the endeavor to constantly add value to the offerings. He will work closely with the culinary teams to create exciting and innovative dining experiences within the boundary conditions of the respective brands.
