When the entire country glitters in unison, we all know that it’s that time of the year again. After the past two years of darkness and uncertainty, we’re excited to welcome the grandiosity of Diwali sans the restrictions.

Besides attributing the standards of goodwill, positivity and happiness, Diwali also accentuates age-old traditions, rituals, customs, ceremonies and offerings. Memorable moments with loved ones and positive guest sentiments always prevail , aiding the hospitality industry in this festive season.

In light of global warming and climate change, we must avoid contributing to the existing pollution by abstaining from crackers and fireworks. Some alternatives like eco-friendly crackers have also been introduced to minimise smoke and sound.

As we glorify this ancestral holy day, it’s only befitting for Sayaji Hotels to advocate an eco-friendly observance to its esteemed guests and employees. All our hotels will be decorated with LED lights, coconut shell candles, wax diyas, earthen lamps and clay lanterns. Attractive and colourful flowers will be used to create a fragrant and refreshing atmosphere. The rangoli adorning the floors will be concocted from natural spices and grains, not only adding to the beauty but also giving back to Mother Earth by being planted into the soil eventually.

Our hotels will further enliven the spirit of Diwali by offering festive feasts, relaxing stays, stunning decor, ambient music, special gifts, in-house entertainment, games and contests. In addition to this, guests can look forward to attending various cultural events such as music, dance and joyful activities organized by local authorities to ring in the new year.

Like our honorable Governor of Maharashtra, Shri. Bhagat Singh Koshyari rightly said  “I appeal to the people to celebrate a safe, eco friendly and a pollution free Diwali. Let us make this Diwali truly inclusive by sharing our joy with at least one poor and underprivileged person”.

On this auspicious festival, I wish you all prosperity, happiness, good health and grand success on behalf of the Sayaji Parivar.

Have a Happy and Safe Diwali, 2022!
