UAE/India, July 20, 2022: As part of its outreach activities to become the preferred destination for the most discerning Indian travelers, two of UAE’s biggest hospitality players – Al Habtoor City Hotels Dubai (Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City, V Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection By Hilton & Habtoor Palace Dubai, LXR Hotels & Resorts) and Dubai Tourism – recently collaborated to curate a splendid and enlightening experience for members of the Indian media.

The four-day familiarization trip in mid-July 2022 acquainted the press fraternity with Habtoor Palace Dubai, Al Habtoor City, and the various experiential and sightseeing installations and destinations within Dubai. The trip was facilitated by Red Dot Representations, who represent the Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection by Hilton.

The group visited landmark destinations such as the recently-opened Mohammed bin Rashid Library, an amazing storehouse of a collection that includes 11 lakh books and publications from the last 325 years; Green Planet, City Walk, which is Dubai’s very own tropical rainforest with 3,000+ species of plants animals and birds; and another recently-opened landmark Museum of the Future which combines elements of a traditional exhibition, immersive theatre and themed attractions for visitors to peep into future’s limitless possibilities.

Visits to Ski Dubai, Al Barsha and The Yellow Boats, Dubai Marina also added to the thrill of amazing experiences in Dubai. The adventure was topped with the spectacular La Perle show at V Hotel Dubai, a milestone for live entertainment in Dubai and the region.

Notably, Dubai welcomed a staggering 3.76 lakh international overnight visitors from India between January and March 2022.
