7 Apple Hotels and Resorts has promoted Alok Anand as Corporate General Manager, Operations for the group. Alok joined 7 Apple Hotels and Resorts in Dec 2021 as Corporate General Manager, Food & Beverage.

A seasoned and versatile hotelier with strong operational expertise he brings with him more than two decades of experience. Alok has worked with leading chains in India such as ITC, Taj, Wyndham, and Marriotts. Over the years, he has honed his skills in managing a diverse team of people and has championed operational excellence.

His journey with hospitality began in 2002 with ITC Hotels followed by Taj, Marriott, and now with 7 Apple Hotels and Resorts. Alok has worked in all dimensions of Food and Beverage in different positions. 

Alok has been a recipient of several notable recognitions including Manager of the Year (2015 & 2019) at Marriotts. Having worked with leading hotel chains, he developed expertise in operational excellence and management services in sync with customer expectations.

In his new role, Alok will oversee the complete operations and management of the existing 10 operational hotels along with the leadership teams to ensure the highest level of guest engagement, and profitability and continue to build on the positioning and reputation of 7 Apple Hotels and Resorts. Alok will be equally responsible for taking operational handover of new projects as per the brand standards.

Through his profound knowledge and dedication to championing the ethos of travel and hospitality, he will be at the helm of day-to-day operations in his new role.
