It’s a destination within the city, being next to a Golf Course we have over 150 acres of greenery surrounding us. The hotel offers multiple venues from outdoor to indoor large function spaces We have one of the most niche wedding planning routines. A dedicated ‘wedding studio’ at the Hotel where the client can have a visual of décor, choice of linen and cuisines. A large interactive platform where the clients can choose their venue, cuisines, décor and drop it into a “wedding cart”, which spools out an automated proposal including the costs, details and itinerary. Some of our chefs have been with us for over a decade and specialise in specific cuisines; be it a marwadi, a corgi, South Indian including Veg elle oota, Sadhya, etc they will make your guests have a hearty sumptuous meal.

How is your hotel an ideal location?

Firstly, Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore is an “urban resort”’ within Bangalore’s central business district. Where you find sprawling lawns and lush green foliage which is also provided as an option for weddings and social engagements. Secondly, planning a wedding is a very tedious affair, so we provide an easy and seamless experience in planning a wedding and executing it with precision with our talented and well-experienced specialists, this is an added advantage for the guests. We also have multiple event managers on board who can assist with setups as well. All in all, it is a one-stop solution for all wedding and social functions.

Do you agree that cuisines from different regions is a must in weddings? If yes, tell us about your strategy and planning for the same.

This completely depends on the guest list expected and also the demographics of the bride and groom as they tend to choose their specialties from both their respective regions. However, off lately, there are clients who tend to explore very unique dishes and specialties from across the globe, in order to have an exclusive experience for their guests. In all of the above cases, we firstly tend to hear out the client’s preferences for which our expert chefs suggest and curate further for a sumptuous experience.

Customized and curated packages for weddings as per client’s choice is a must these days. How do you manage and strategize to fulfill each and every wish of your guest?

Hotel Royal Orchid has one of its own exclusive ‘Wedding Packages’ called WOW Weddings, it has three tiers of packages called, Silver, Gold and Diamond. These tiers entail different inclusions with their spends like multi-Layer wedding Cake, decoration, bridal suite, Honeymoon packages and more. All this along with our interactive and digital wedding cart, at our Wedding Studio, where clients choose an array of options make their planning experience even more rewarding for their special day.
