How does your workplace embrace equality?

Gender equality is the goal, while gender equity is also a practice that will help in achieving the goal. Women should be most importantly financially independent and should be celebrated for all the aspects of their growth, creativity, fearlessness, persistence, and determination, and in all walks of life, not only today but everyday.

Giving support is the key. Together we all must strive for a better world with equal opportunities.

We have built an equitable work environment at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, Equity runs through our veins, as it is the practice of ensuring fair treatment. The choice should be based on the ability to perform a task and not gender biased. I have always experienced a fair culture and process during my tenure, and I try my best to bring the same to our daily work life at this beautiful mountain Resort.
