• Mumbai ranks  tenth in the list

New Delhi, 11th July 2023:  Travel Plus Leisure has released the list of world’s most preferred travel destinations where Rajasthan’s Udaipur has emerged as the second  most preferred cities in the world. The Travel Plus Leisure Readers Award has listed the world’s top 25 most favourite cities, with Mexico’s Okasa ranking first, Udaipur ranking second, and Mumbai ranking tenth.

“Being listed among the most preferred cities in the world shows respect for the city’s legacy, art-culture, cuisine, hospitality and people. As a result, travel enthusiasts visit this city time and again. Rajasthan is one of the most preferred tourist destinations across the world that leaves visitors from all over the world with pleasant memories as they return to their countries, thanks to the state government’s effective tourism  policies and the collective efforts of stakeholders in the tourism industry.
