The corporate roster includes industry forward professionals with specialised experience in hospitality, human resource, room division and crisis management , who will be leading the resort’s management across varied operations.

In a career spanning over a decade, Simita is a strategic, passionate Individual and a result oriented Human Resource professional with experience in Personnel, Recruitments & Retention, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Benefits, and Training & Development. Sho will now step in as the new Human Resource Manager at Westin. Her key responsibilities include leading and monitoring recruitment and hiring activity, managing employee development, maintaining employee relations and communications, and managing legal & compliance practices at the hotel.

She has extensively worked with top Hotel titles in the country like Leela Palace and Taj Lands end she has gained coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation program to generate a positive first impression for employees and emphasize the importance of guest service in company cultures.

With an extremely comprehensive and rich experience of 14 years in Front Office Operations, Bhushan Gupte is committed to delivering outstanding results by in enhancing the talent within the team. His strongest suites include varied communication skills, guest relations skills especially in creating special touches and resolving grievances with his keen eye for detail.

Driven by excellence and his upbeat positive approach he is known to garner meaningful relationships amongst other hoteliers and the internal team.  His ability to multi-task, remain calm and professional under challenging circumstance, & confrontational attitude makes him a cut above the rest.

During his formative years he has been associated with Conrad and Hyatt Regency hotels.  Additionally, he holds Diploma in Hospitality Management and Catering Operations (HMCO) Rizvi College.
