In his new and amplified role, Amit will ensure that all aspects of operations run seamlessly allowing for the resort to scale new heights, post its phased upgradation.
Amit Malhotra comes with a rich luxury resort experience with Food and beverage as his prime focus. Recognized for a proven service-driven success trajectory across brands like Grand Hyatt, The Imperial, Taj Hotels and more recently The Leela Goa, Amit’s leadership style is collaborative and involving. He has a keen pulse on luxury experiences that inspire guests to make new discoveries during their stay and has driven numerous tactical activations that appeal to resort guests.
In his new role, Amit will not only oversee the opening of 2 new restaurants and a cache of refurbished guestrooms but will actively work with the resort’s team of butlers in bringing the halo brand offering of the Butler Service Desk to global standards. Under Amit’s aegis, the concept of Experiential Dining was re-imagined, and guests now have the chance to enjoy curated dining experiences starting from an intimate date night inside a glass dome under the stars to a special proposal dinner planned on the private Manor Beach, among other options.
With an established aesthetic intelligence thinking, Amit has pioneered several experiences and implemented effective plans to enhance the guest satisfaction index.
