Debyani brings extensive experience in training and development, having worked with prestigious brands such as Hyatt Regency Kolkata, Hyatt Raipur, Novotel & ibis Bengaluru, Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Grand Mercure Bangalore, and Grand Mercure Mysore.

Before joining The St. Regis Goa Resort, Debyani served as Senior Manager Training in Sales at HealthifyMe, driving impressive sales growth through innovative training programs. She is excited about the unique tranquillity of The St. Regis Goa Resort and is known for her inclusive leadership style and commitment to upskilling, mentoring, and coaching her team.

Growing up in Siliguri, at the foothills of the Himalayas, Debyani developed a strong value system that has guided her career.
