PUNE, July 5, 2023: The Ritz-Carlton, Pune is pleased to announce the appointment of  Lanuinla Walling as Director of Spa. Lanuinla has been in the spa and wellness industry for  over 20 years and has worked with iconic brands including Ananda In the Himalayas, Hyatt,  The Luxury Collection, Taj, and Oberoi. She has a global mind-set having worked across the  world in countries like Vietnam, Oman, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Maldives. 

As a result-oriented team player, Lanuinla has earned numerous accolades for the brands she  has worked with, demonstrating her commitment to excellence. Her unwavering dedication to  ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction has been recognized by  both guests and industry professionals alike. 

In her new role as Director of Spa, she will oversee all aspects of spa operations at  The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Pune, whilst fostering a nurturing and rejuvenating environment for guests. Her responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative spa  programs, managing a talented team of spa therapists, and curating an exceptional range of  wellness services. 

In her free time, Lanuinla can be spotted taking long walks, travelling and exploring new  cultures, and discovering new music.
