PUNE, January, 2024 : The Ritz-Carlton, Pune is pleased to announce the appointment of Jayant Sood as Director of Rooms. Jayant has been in the industry with over 15 years of experience behind him and has worked with various brands including Marriott, The Leela, The Trident, and Claridges. His most recent position was as the Front Office Manager for JW Marriott Sahar, Mumbai.

In his new role as Director of Rooms, Jayant will be responsible for 198 keys at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune as well as spearheading and overlooking various verticals including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations. Jayant believes that being adaptive, flexible, and finding solutions to recognize and improve customer experiences plays a major role in creating guests for life.
