All catering requirements are taken care of by a team of expert chefs who would love to dish out your favourite cuisine. Every meal, every service can be exclusively curated keeping in mind the occasion. We ensure every requirement is recorded and a tentative menu is curated for each occasion. Post this a food trial is carried out with the hosts and only then the final menu is selected. This ensures that the food served is perfect & as per the expectations. Our lawns, terrace garden, coffee shop, banquet halls, restaurant, provide different settings for breakfast, lunch, high tea and cocktails and dinner services.

Wedding at the lawns:

This exquisitely manicured space makes for an ideal set up for your dream wedding! Be it the morning or a late night wedding, Signature magically transforms to the most charming location. The natural setting The lawn that features breath taking decor where verdant ambience is adorned with floral decor striking perfect harmony with the mood of the ceremony. Silver Oak, the banquet hall adjacent to the open area, serves as an optional indoor space for larger gatherings. The twinkling decor and the moonlit sky sets the mood for the perfect cocktail evening.

Pre-Wedding Shoots

For a pre-wedding photoshoot, every nook and corner at the resort provides a unique ambiance, allowing each picture to convey a delicate moment & memory.

Haldi ceremony at the Amphitheatre, next to the pool, is a stunning location for this intimate ceremony. For a smaller gathering this ceremony can also be conducted in the terrace garden outside the Pavilion Bar. The terrace can accommodate around 70 – 80 guests.

Mehendi & Sangeet evening – Arranged under the big banyan tree surrounded by greenery provides perfect ambience for the joyous, fun filled  Sangeet ceremony. Music, mehndi, finger licking food, all of it together makes for an occasion that translates into a precious and everlasting memory.

Just a few years ago, the focus was on large buffets, multiple buffets with huge varieties. The regional cuisine is in demand, often we plan the meals around the regions that the bride & groom belong to! There are also requests to incorporate dishes from a specific region or state, meals like the banana leaf lunch served in the traditional style to revive the traditional food is also in high demand since we are located in Karnataka.

The current trend is towards interactive cooking, where the process is visible and one can choose the ingredients. They make the experience much more personalized. Regional cuisine, DIY food stalls, Vegan and healthy food prepared with locally sourced ingredients is in demand too. We believe that dishes and cuisine must vary with every meal, we also suggest having comfort food for elderly as after a meal or two, most guests want comfort food. We also enquire if there are any guests with dietary restrictions to ensure that they too are looked after well and to avoid last minute hassles.

How do we strategise: At Signature, we are well equipped and committed to cater to all special requests.  Be it interactive counter, a regular buffet or sit down meals, all of this is possible with the help of passionate chefs and dedicated staff who make it possible.We always involve our chefs during the menu selection, this gives them an insight into the expectations and the kind of experience that the host is expecting from us. This interaction with the hosts helps us transform their ideas into reality.

We spend a lot of time with chefs to discuss the food menu in detail. We trust our chefs and seek their suggestions on the menu and alterations, if any. We carry out trials and tastings. The final tasting is with the host to get the go ahead and we are all set for the big day!
