With a remarkable career spanning three decades, he has been appointed as the Japanese Chef at Spectra, the hotel’s award-winning restaurant that offers an array of international cuisines and extends a warm welcome to a 24-hour hotel’s award-winning restaurant. In this new role, Chef Jerry will infuse his extensive expertise in Japanese cuisine into the culinary repertoire of Spectra, bringing authentic and innovative Japanese flavors to the restaurant’s already diverse menu.

The Japanese Masterchef began his journey as a Kitchen Crew at Don Don Japanese food Manila, Philippines. Gaining extensive exposure, his career transitioned to esteemed establishments such as the Manila Diamond Hotel, ITC Sonar, and Hyatt Hotel Casino. The Chef’s extensive expertise, professionalism, and accomplishments in the hospitality and food & beverage industry make him a valuable addition to The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences.
