Bhopal; 08^th October 2022: TheTaj Lakefront Bhopal today inaugurated Bengali Food Festival to celebrate the one-year anniversary in the heart of India, Bhopal. The festival happening at Machan, the all-day dining restaurant of Taj Lakefront and has used theme-based décor to create Bengal-like ambience. The timings of the event will be from 1900 hours to 2300 hours everyday till 16^th October 2022 where expert chefs bring in the authentic cuisines of Bengal.

To bring in genuine touch, special set-ups of black & yellow coloured taxi (Kaali-Peeli) and Mithai gali have been designed for people to dine-in. The menu curated by chefs include signature Bengali recipes like Beguni, Aloo posto, Shorshe Ilish, Chicken kabiraji and the delicacies like Misti doi, Nolen Gurer Rosogolla and many more. One can find extensive options of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian in the buffet menu.
