Bringing over a decade of culinary expertise across renowned hospitality brands, Chef Bobby’s diverse experience and passion for gastronomy make him an invaluable addition to the Surat Marriott team.
Prior to joining Surat Marriott, Chef Bobby honed his skills at Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa, where he was instrumental in enhancing culinary experiences as the Chef de Cuisine. His impressive career journey includes roles as Sous Chef at the Jaisalmer Marriott and Junior Sous Chef at Avadh Utopia in Surat.
