Pune, 26th June – Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel proudly welcomes Sarfrazuddin Khan as the new Front Office Manager, further strengthening its commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. With over 10 years of diverse experience in the service industry, Sarfrazuddin brings a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and customer service excellence to his new role.

In his previous stint at ITC Infotech, Sarfrazuddin led the implementation of innovative hospitality technologies and initiatives, resulting in improved customer satisfaction ratings and increased staff productivity. His ability to understand customer needs and leverage market trends to drive
successful initiatives makes him a valuable addition to the Sheraton team.

Prior to his consultancy role, Sarfrazuddin held key managerial positions at Sheraton Grand Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center, Bangalore, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maximizing revenue. His
proactive approach to resolving guest concerns and implementing safety procedures earned him the Best Manager of the Year award.

Sarfrazuddin also brings valuable experience from his time at JW Marriott Juhu Mumbai. His roles there included Assistant Front Desk Manager, Front Office Executive, and Guest Service Associate, where he consistently achieved outstanding results. Notably, he earned several awards, such as the Committed to Serve Award, Executive of the Month and accolades for achieving high scores in Marriott Brand Standard Audits.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Studies from Rizvi Institute of Management and a strong foundation in hotel management, Sarfrazuddin is well-equipped to lead the Front Office team at Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel. His analytical skills, communication abilities, and
interpersonal capabilities will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and enhancing the guest experience.
