We are glad to announce the appointment of Ravi Kumar, Executive Sous – Chef, Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, Mahabalipuram.

Ravi hails from Coimbatore. He is acquainted with several local cuisines like Kerala, Konkani, Goan, Tamil and north Indian cuisines. He is also trained in root cuisine of Tamil Nadu since he is well-travelled.

He has worked with many good luxury & premium hotels in India such as – The Oberoi Bangalore, Westin Hyderabad & Le Meridian. He has also worked with 3 star Michelin Chef Vineet Bhatia, Restaurant – RASOI by Chef Vineet Bhatia at Switzerland.
