Richard is a multi-faceted professional with extensive experience in the kitchen, food and beverage service, and the front office departments. His diverse background allows him to understand the intricacies of each department and bring a holistic approach to his management style. As an alumni of the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Richard has a deep understanding of budgeting and forecasting, revenue enhancement, operational excellence, process optimization, and team leadership.

Throughout his career, Richard has honed his expertise in luxury hotels, having worked at leading properties within the Oberoi Group. These include the Trident Bandra Kurla Mumbai, The Oberoi Grand Kolkata, The Oberoi Amarvilas, and Trident Nariman Point. His experience at these renowned establishments has not only solidified his knowledge of the industry but also contributed to their success.

Richard’s educational background further strengthens his qualifications for the position. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Global) from Deakin University and a Post Graduate Program in Management from the Institute of Management Technology. These credentials highlight Richard’s ability to take on a strategic and key leadership role within our organization/hotel.

Not only does Richard excel in his professional life, but he also maintains a balanced personal life. In his free time, he enjoys staying active through fitness, running, and playing sports. Additionally, he is an avid reader, continuously seeking knowledge and staying up to date with industry trends.
