With over 16 years of experience with the top hospitality brands, Sanjeev will be spearheading the operations of all our Food & Beverage Outlets, in-room dining while maintaining highest service quality along with smooth operations of the overall department.
Sanjeev commenced his remarkable journey at Hyatt Regency Mumbai in 2005, making his way up the ranks from a Team Leader, Outlet Manager, Asst. F&B Manager to now a successful F&B Manager. His latest stint was at Double Tree by Hilton, Ahmedabad as F&B Manager. Most notably, he was involved in the launch of Backyard BBQ, Hyatt Regency Mumbai and was awarded as the Best Manager in 2017.
Leading the F&B operations at Renaissance Ahmedabad, Sanjeev will further strengthen the food & beverage offerings of the hotel while elevating the guest experience by curating unique dining experiences for both our business & leisure guests.
