Mr. Bhatia’s arrival brings a wealth of experience, extraordinary leadership, and profound culinary knowledge to Raffles Udaipur. His career has been characterized by an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences and operational brilliance, perfectly aligning with the resort’s dedication to delivering unparalleled hospitality. 

In his prior role as Food & Beverage Manager at Roseate House New Delhi, Mr. Bhatia displayed exceptional leadership skills, ensuring that the division operated in accordance with the highest brand standards. He consistently maintained stringent quality control, upheld hygiene and safety, and crafted memorable dining experiences for guests.

His achievements include being recognized with awards such as the Best Indian Restaurant for “Riwaz” and the Best Lebanese Restaurant for “Souk.”
