With over 16 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Singh is recognized for his dynamic leadership, financial acumen, and proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

In his most recent stint as Food & Beverage Manager at Alila Diwa Goa & Diwa Club by Alila – A Hyatt Brand, Mr. Singh successfully managed a diverse portfolio of three acclaimed restaurants, an all-day lounge, an evening bar, in-room dining, and a state-of-the-art banquet space. His strategic initiatives contributed significantly to a great share of F&B revenue in the hotel’s total revenue.

Praveen’s expertise extends to opening hotel F&B concepts and standalone restaurants, and his career includes noteworthy stints at prestigious organizations such as Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, Trident Hotels, Accor, Hyatt, and The Lodhi (A member of The Leading Hotels of the World), DLF Restaurants, to name a few.
