National, 9th September 2024 – Novotel Mumbai International Airport announces the promotion of Sugandh Ahuja to the position of Director of Operations. Sugandh who previously served as Rooms Division Manager, comes with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

In her new position, she will oversee multiple departments, focusing on operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and regulatory compliance along with strategic planning. Sugandh has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving financial performance at various hotel properties.

Sugandh Ahuja holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Studies. She has further honed her skills through several prestigious programs, including the Accor Mini Master (General Manager Development) Program and the Accor India Leadership Program (IELP).
