She will be bringing her extensive hotel management experience, particularly in overseeing key departments such as Reception, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. Shyama’s strong leadership skills and proven track record in driving exceptional guest experiences make her a valuable addition to the team.

Shyama’s career in hospitality spans over 18 years, where her last role as Rooms Division Manager at Rydges Latimer Christchurch in New Zealand. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction, implementing effective rate management strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across the division. Her deep understanding of financial reconciliation and budget optimization has consistently contributed to the financial success of the properties she has managed.
