Prior to joining Novotel Guwahati G S Road, Ranajit served as the Financial Controller at Fairfield by Marriott Hyderabad & Four points by Sheraton, where he played a pivotal role in financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring operational efficiency. His strong leadership skills and strategic financial management have contributed significantly to the success of his previous assignments.

Ranajit holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance & Marketing from Eastern Institute of Management, Kalyani University. His academic background, coupled with his hands-on experience in financial management, positions him as a valuable asset to the Novotel Guwahati G S Road team.
